Karen M. Waldron, also known as Karen Mistal, is an American actress and producer. She began her career in the late 1980s with notable roles in cult films like Return of the Killer Tomatoes! (1988) and Cannibal Women in the Avocado Jungle of Death (1989), often credited as Karen Mistal. Her television credits include The New Adventures of Beans Baxter and a recurring role on Coach, along with appearances in major films such as Space Cowboys (2000).
